Aaron is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills managing internal and external stakeholders by leveraging innovative solutions. He supports diverse organizations with his vast knowledge of sourcing and logistics as a consultant for P&L Enhancers, LLC. Aaron is recognized for his ambition and commitment. He has the ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions, and consistently achieves multi-million-dollar savings, garnering him as a loyal and trusted business partner.
Born to humble parents in the City of Brotherly Love, Aaron learned early on in life, the value of money, hard work, and providing for his loved ones. He was raised by his wonderful mother Audrey, a widow, in Philadelphia, PA. She continuously offered him resources that helped prepare him for his success. Aaron graduated from Central High School of Philadelphia and later attended Pennsylvania State University where he joined the Air Force ROTC program. He held numerous student government positions and worked part time to pay for his education, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics.
After completing his Logistics, Distribution & Materials Control internship with Ortho McNeil, a division of Johnson & Johnson, Aaron embarked upon a career at Toyota Motors Sales as a Logistics Manager in Los Angeles, CA. He gained valuable hands on experience in the field by leading the service parts domestics transportation operations throughout North America.
Aaron progressed in his career and joined Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley, CA where he directed the west coast operations. He successfully transitioned the 18-year-old facility into a 3rd party managed facility, lowering the cost of sales by 1.9 million annually. In turn he increased operating cash flow enhancing the quality and delivery requirements for the commercial printing division. Aaron was subsequently promoted and assumed ownership of the additional east coast facility in Virginia which equated to a total of 1.5 Million square feet in domestic inventory space.
Aaron’s professional journey led him into the cruise industry where he was a Commodity Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, responsible for all deck and safety requirements for the entire 32 ship fleet.
Ultimately Aaron was sought after by NBCUniversal Media. LLC to become the Sourcing Manager and increased his level of responsibility overseeing $100 Million + in spend, procuring goods & services across numerous categories including MRO, Facilities, Facility Services, Park Attractions & Utilities. He was promoted to Director of Sourcing for the Hispanic Division of NBCUniversal overseeing and controlling a spend in excess of $360 Million annually.
